In this renovation in the heart of Gijón, we completely transformed the apartment’s layout to maximize natural light and create a spacious, functional home. The former central corridor was replaced by an open-plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen of nearly 30 m², becoming the true heart of the residence and enhancing the flow between spaces.

To ensure both quality and durability, we selected premium materials and finishes: BerryAlloc vinyl flooring, Sensea faucets, Roca and Climapolis towel radiators, Diva bathroom furniture, and a kitchen designed by Clain Interiorismo with TEKA appliances and an Ariston boiler. Lighting by Beneito-Faure and Conalux brings warmth and style, while the complete renewal of plumbing, electricity, and paint guarantees a modern and efficient home.
