In this project in the city of Gijón, a complete rehabilitation was carried out that preserved the building’s protected façade, maintaining its historical character while completely redesigning the interior to create a modern and functional layout. The first floor was extended to form a large open space that integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen with an island — conceived as the true heart of the home.
